At Obietek Studios, all items are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on order volume and material availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. However, since each item is custom-made, processing times may be extended if additional materials need to be sourced or during periods of high demand.

Material Availability

We make every effort to keep materials in stock, but occasional delays may occur due to supply availability. If a delay significantly impacts your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, shipping times will vary based on the carrier and destination. Typical shipping times range from 2–5 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
