Return & Refund Policy

At Obietek Studios, all of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom Orders

All items are created based on the exact details, text, and/or files provided by the customer. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Changes

We may be able to accommodate changes shortly after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist in resolving the issue.
